This web store is managed by employees of Mac & Mac Electric. We are real, state licensed, electric motor electricians, working on real electric motor projects. A majiority of our day is spent turning wrenches, rewinding motors, troubleshooting electric motor control circuits, and converting automobiles into Electric Cars. While we strive to provide good customer service, we do not have a receptionist or sales team to help you. We check our phone messages & e-mail once or twice per day and process web sales once each morning during the week. If you require immediate assistance, our shop rate is $90 per hour and we do charge for our time working on projects as well as for consultations.
If however you have the benefit of time & patience we do offer very special deals on-line if you are able to search for what you need and require no immediate "customer service". Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions, inquiries, technical requests, etc and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
OUR WEBSITE PRICES ARE CHEAPER THAN OUR IN-STORE PRICES DUE TO THE LOWER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH WEB-SALES. If you call into our shop you will be quoted & charged higher prices than our web site pricing. The internet is a great way for you to save money If you know what you need and do not need help finding it and If you can wait a couple of days (may be longer) for what you need. Purchasing here from our web-store will be the cheapest option for you if you know what you need and can wait for the product.
